  • Our process is designed to find candidates with the skills and experience to take you from where you are to where you want to be. In short, we can assist with any leadership role that will be given the independence and budget to accomplish a specific task within your organization. Typically, these types of roles include CXOs, SVPs & VPs, Corporate Directors, Regional & District Managers, and Property GMs & Directors.

  • Far from it! Hospitality is a varied and complex industry, and we’re equipped to recruit leaders for all aspects of it, including Operations, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Management, Accounting, Human Resources, Logistics, Purchasing, and more.

  • At this time, our process is not designed to recruit for roles requiring highly specific technical knowledge, including IT leadership roles.

  • Yes, we only accept projects with a base salary of at least $100,000 and standard benefits. Additionally, outside of major metro areas, a relocation package may be necessary.

  • We are extremely well-versed in recruiting for the top echelons of the hospitality industry. Our client list includes major global players, both public and private, with up to $56 billion in annual revenue. We are experienced in recruiting for varied CXO roles with compensations up to $1.4 million base salary with additional complex executive compensation.

  • We treat all of our search projects as confidential. We do not disclose your opportunity until both a quantitative and qualitative match has been established between the prospective candidate and your opportunity. All of our staff and consultants are bound by an enhanced confidentiality agreement. We are happy to accommodate reasonable requests for enhanced confidentiality in the event of Active Replacement and M&A circumstances.

  • As each project is unique, our fees are adaptable to best suit the project. Factors such as location, seniority, number of projects, annual volume of projects, and the retainer size all affect the final fee. All of our fees are based on a percentage of a hired candidate’s compensation, and all projects require at least a partial retainer to be accepted by our firm.

  • No, confidentiality is one of the cornerstones on which we have built our firm. Our clients appreciate knowing that their business will be kept “off the streets.” We are, however, happy to provide references for serious potential clients that wish to be assured of the high quality of our services.
